Returns

If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact hello@gialu.art within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

As original artworks and made-to-order giclée prints are produced in limited quantities, returns or exchanges for change of mind are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Collectors are responsible for return shipping costs, including any import duties or taxes that may apply. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Gialu Art is not responsible for orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, customs delays, or unclaimed packages.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photographs of the packaging and artwork so the matter can be carefully reviewed and resolved.
